Returns and repairs

I make all the pieces with love and care and I make sure that they get to my clients in pristine condition. However, I will gladly accept returns of any item after 7 days of receipt if the customer is not happy with the product. All returns must be pre-approved first. Items must be in unused and original condition and shipping charges are non-refundable. Please send me a message and wait for me to asses the condition of the products. Once approved, I will email the return instructions. Credit will be given upon receipt of undamaged merchandise.
